To endure is to withstand hardship, to not give up, to last. As humans, we are built to endure.

Our Story

Making Fitness More Accessible.

At ENDURE, I believe that fitness should fit into your life—not disrupt it. As a personal trainer in the busy Arlington area, I kept hearing the same concerns: “I don’t have time,” “I feel intimidated at the gym,” or “I don’t know where to start.” Clients were overwhelmed by crowded gyms, long commutes, and injuries from improper form. I knew there had to be a better way.

That’s why I created ENDURE Fitness. I wanted to bring my expertise in fitness training straight to my clients, so that they can more easily integrate fitness into their lives. Our programs eliminate the stress of traffic, scheduling, and gym anxiety by bringing fully customized workouts directly to you.

I chose to call it ENDURE because I believe in what it means: to withstand hardship, never give up, and to last. As humans, we are built to endure — and my goal as a trainer is to help every client believe that.

About the Trainer

Your certified fitness specialist.

Hi, I’m Dinh Bui—a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and over a decade of experience helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident through fitness.

Experience

My journey began in 2015 as a college freshman when I started working part-time as a performance coach. That early opportunity sparked a passion for training that has only grown over the years. I’ve since specialized in private in-home training programs in Arlington County, VA, as well as Falls Church, Tysons, and McLean—bringing personalized fitness solutions directly to clients’ homes.

Early in my career, I volunteered with the strength and conditioning team at Shippensburg University, working with 16 NCAA Division II teams. I later interned at the University of Pittsburgh, coaching high-level athletes and learning advanced strategies in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Those experiences helped shape my hands-on, results-driven approach to personal training.

Present Day

Today, I focus on delivering customized, private at-home training programs for busy professionals, seniors, and parents who want convenient, expert guidance without the hassle of a gym. Whether you’re looking to build strength, recover from injury, or simply stay active, I’m here to support your goals every step of the way.
