Information You Provide
When You complete the booking questionnaire on our Contact page, We collect:
- Contact details: first name, email address, and ZIP code.
- Service information: the service You’re interested in, the area You’re located in (Arlington, Falls Church, McLean and Tysons, or Great Falls), and whether You’ve worked with a personal trainer before.
- Fitness and wellness information: Your main fitness goal, what motivates You, and, if You choose to share it, any past injuries or health conditions We should know about.
- Scheduling preferences: how many days per week, which weekdays, and which times of day You’re available.
- Additional comments: anything else You choose to tell Us.
Questions marked with an asterisk on the form are required. The injury and health condition question and the comments field are optional, and You can leave them blank. Please share only what You are comfortable sharing. We will discuss Your health history in more detail on Your consultation call.
If You contact Us directly by email or phone, We also receive the information You share with Us, such as Your name, email address, or phone number.
Information Collected Automatically
When You visit the Website, We collect basic usage data through analytics provided by Cloudflare, which hosts the Website. This may include Your IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages You visit, the date and time of Your visit, and the website that referred You. We use this information to understand how the Website is used and to keep it secure and working properly.

Any injury, health condition, or fitness information You share is used only to evaluate Your needs and design appropriate training. We keep it confidential, limit access to it to what is necessary to provide Our services, and do not sell it or use it for advertising. You can ask Us to correct or delete it at any time (see “Your Privacy Rights” below).
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep Your information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy:
- Booking inquiries: If You do not become a client, up to 24 months after Your submission, so We can follow up and answer questions.
- Client information: For as long as You are a client, plus up to 24 months afterward, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Website analytics and server logs: Up to 24 months.
We may keep information longer where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce Our agreements. When it is no longer needed, We delete or anonymize it.
Your Privacy Rights
You may contact Us at any time to:
- Request access to the Personal Data We hold about You.
- Ask Us to correct inaccurate information.
- Ask Us to delete Your Personal Data.
- Ask Us for a copy of Your data in a portable format.

We may need to retain certain information where We have a legal obligation or other lawful basis to do so.

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect Your Personal Data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
The Website is not directed to anyone under the age of 16, and We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from them. If You are a parent or guardian and believe Your child has submitted information to Us, please contact Us and We will delete it.
